Commercial Property Loss Adjuster
GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 + car + bonus & package
SW London/Surrey
National Loss Adjusting and Claims Management group, fully embracing industry best practice and technologies.
Home based role, meeting in/reporting in to office once/twice a week as required; this could be the London or Surrey office as appropriate.
Proactively managing a portfolio of Commercial Property cases - for example up to GBP100k; full site investigations, detailed report writing; approving estimates; validating cases and ensuring the correct application of policy terms. Identifying potential fraud cases for referral.
Skills & experience required:
5 years + Commercial Property Claims Adjusting experience, through the full claim life cycle
Fully au fait with e-file processes and documentation
Strong planning and organisational skills
ACILA/ACII or good progression is preferred
