Corporate Account Director - Leicester
Salary up to GBP50K Basic, relocation package, & competitive benefits

This is a major regional appointment with a substantial UK Corporate Insurance Broking Group, who are strongly positioned in the area and set for growth through 2016 and beyond.

The opportunity has become available through company expansion due to continued success over the past couple of years and my client sees this as an exciting time to bring in new ideas and direction in shaping the future of the business.

Working in partnership with senior account executives and directors within the business, the scope of the role is both strategic and operational, and the appointee will be predominantly responsible for account managing a book of Corporate Accounts and building revenue through new business acquisition.

It is essential that applicants have recent experience in the corporate insurance broking market, ideally complimented by a background in a sales / development account executive capacity. However, a broker-facing, sales leadership role with an insurer will also be considered, provided target business is made up of UK general commercial risks. Naturally, a strong record of achievement in driving results and leading through influence and example is essential. It is also highly desirable to have attained ACII Qualification or alternatively Dip CII with the intention to pursue ACII.
