Investment & Pensions Client Services Administrator
GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 + benefits
West Sussex
Expanding Investment and Wealth Management group, working to high standards of client service, and supporting their staff with on-going training and development.
You will be joining a busy, fast paced proactive customer services team, responding to queries from new and existing clients - direct customers and IFAs.
Processing new transactions
Responding to requests for product information, and providing details on new propositions and services
Responding to queries on existing business, and service offerings, with a can-do approach to query resolution.
Identifying/providing feedback on aspects that will improve the customer journey.
Skills & experience required:
2 years + current/recent experience within a Life, Pensions or Investment Customer services environment
Strong communication skills, with a confident engaging telephone manner.
Attention to detail
Willingness to learn new systems.
Progress with professional study is an advantage, and is fully supported.
Monday to Friday working.
Location between Crawley - Horsham; staff parking is available
