Personal Banker - London
Salary: GBP25- GBP30k + Bonus + Benefits

Our client is a one of the longest-serving foreign banks in the UK and they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Personal Banker to join their team within London`s square mile.
As the Personal Banker you will build, retain and deepen customer relationships through understanding the customers, providing professional financial solutions and taking ownership for seamless service.
Key responsibilities:
Develop relationships with customers and create value for them through proactive contact, exploring their needs and providing professional solutions.
Provide customers with impartial informed guidance on the full range of products and services available to them.
Contribute to management of our customers London UK branch experience
Contribute to maintaining the Banks reputation for corporate responsibility by ensuring all dealings are ethical and compliant to required regulatory standards
Requirements:
Previous Banking experience as a Personal Banker
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
Able to build rapport, engage people and have genuine interactions with customers and business partners
Must be numerate, commercially aware and can balance needs of all stakeholders
