My client, a highly successful and fast growing insurance company, are currently seeking an intelligent and career driven person to join their team as an insurance administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in the world of business. This role is perfect for a highly organised and enthusiastic individual who is eager to adapt their skills and progress up the ladder of an industry leading organisation.

Full training and guidance will be provided throughout your apprenticeship as well as working towards a nationally recognized sector specific qualification.

Duties Include;

* Deal with queries in a timely fashion.
* Ensure that all client/agent contact is responded to in a friendly, flexible and facilitating manner.
* Checking agent / clients paperwork,
* General administration duties
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing post, faxes and emails.
* To deal with all incoming calls.
* Ensure all correspondence is directed to the appropriate department if necessary.
* Issue New Business documentation
* To deal with Close Premium Finance defaults following agreed time frames.
* Liaise with underwriters if required
* Liaise with claims team if required
* To provide reception cover during the receptionists absence (including lunch hour, sickness and annual leave.)
