Salary - GBP21,000.00

1. MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB TO ASSIST IN:
• To ensure all invoices are raised on an accurate and timely basis
• To ensure the timely collection of all receivables reducing risk to bad debt write offs

2. PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
• Raise sales invoices as required
• Liaising with clients and internal operations managers to ensure receivables are collected in a timely manner
• Issuing monthly supplier statements
• Allocating receipts in a diligent and timely manner
• Alerting management where risks of bad debts arise or account queries are prevalent
• Assisting with the preparation of sales cash receipts forecasts
• Banking cheques

3. KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
• Prompt and accurate billing and cash collection

4. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Experienced in raising sales invoices and posting entries to financial ledgers
• Confident with contacting customers by telephone and chasing for payment
• Confident at liaising with internal operations managers re invoicing queries
• Able user of Excel and Word

5. PERSONAL QUALITIES
• Attention to detail
• Focussed on delivering objectives and deadline driven
• Ability to organise and manage peak areas of workload
• Full driving licence preferred
• Professional attitude
• High level of enthusiasm
