Product Manager - Retail Banking

Our client is an International Public Sector banking and financial services company, based in London. They are looking for an experienced Manager based in Business Banking, based in London.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive product profit and loss for retail products in the domain of online payment / FX services
Drive new customer acquisition growth through conceptualization of marketing programs and promotions
Promote digital initiatives, social media engagement and "out of box" ideas to design and enhance retail product / services
Develop data analytics and related processes keep tab on competitor, market / customer and product performance
Work with internal stakeholders such as compliance, risk, business, operations, treasury and technology for effective & smooth implementation of product/process development and improvement initiatives
Manage external stakeholders including third party suppliers/vendors to achieve delivery of service improvement initiatives via operational SLA's and appropriate management of risks
Experience in development and management of digital B2C products / services
Prior experience in managing PnL for online products / services.
Understanding of online marketing, social media and digital channels
Understanding of online sales process, digital customer journey and payment ecosystem (desirable)
Basic knowhow of Project Management / Program Management

Strong background in retail banking products and payments industry
