If you have office based administration experience and you are looking to join a fast paced team and a growing organisation, we may have the perfect opportunity for you.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our team based in Tunbridge Wells. No prior Financial Services experience is required, however you will have an interest in the industry and be able to demonstrate why you want to develop your career at AJ Bell.

AJ Bell was formed in 1995, we are a privately owned and financially strong member of the London Stock Exchange with a background as an actuarial consultancy specialising in SIPP administration and stockbroking services.

We provide our customers and advisers with a ground-breaking blend of control, investment choice, low-cost delivery and online functionality. As a result, we are now one of the largest providers of low-cost, online investment platforms and stockbroker services in the UK, with more than 131,100 clients and assets under administration exceeding GBP28 billion. AJ Bell remains one of the fastest-growing businesses in its sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible on a daily basis for smooth processing of stocking back office tasks which includes ensuring data is entered onto our in-house systems correctly, corresponding with third parties and our Manchester office by email and phone, and reconciling data. You must ensure all the processes are carried out in accordance with internal and external SLAs and therefore experience working to deadlines is desirable.

This is an administration based role where full training will be provided to enable you to build on your knowledge. You will also have the opportunity to work towards an industry recognised professional qualification.

If you have excellent attention to detail, good IT software knowledge including MS Office (in particular Excel), strong verbal and written communication and 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) A-C including Maths and English, we would like to hear from you
