CY resourcing is working with a growing manufacturing business based in Redditch, who are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their finance department processing the payroll for their weekly and monthly staff, as well as supporting the team with administration duties.

Within this role, you will be required to process the weekly payroll for 30 staff as well as for 50 staff members on a monthly basis. As well as this, you will be analysing the data for the monthly management accounts, and also process the pensions for all staff members.

Away from Payroll, the right candidate will support the Accounts team, processing staff expenses, posting daily bank payments to the nominal ledger, and also supporting the Financial Controller with administration duties include HR, Insurance policies and more.

The right candidate will have past experience processing a payroll on a weekly and monthly basis, as well as having a strong working knowledge of accounts functions. You will be hard working, self-motivated and a team player.
