Contact Centre Team Leader (Full Time)
We are seeking a dedicated, hardworking and motivational Team Leader for a mental health service team. You will be responsible for the performance of a team of Customer Service Advisors.
Reporting into the Contact Centre Manager, you will play an integral part in the success of the call centre operation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing, developing and leading a team within a contact centre environment with a track record of success in delivering exceptional service.
You will be an upbeat and enthusiastic individual to ensure you get the best out of your staff in an often busy and challenging environment.
The successful Team Leader will be responsible for the performance and behaviours of their team, ensuring all KPIs and call centre service levels are met.
You will handle any escalated queries personally in a sympathetic and understanding manner as well as any internal issues that may arise. A key element of this role is acting as a liaison with the customer organisation.
You will have a background of quality assurance, strong team work, excellent people management skills and have problem solving capabilities to make a success of your team.
Getting the best out of people is also important to ensure all business requirements are met while ensuring the customer needs are met.
