Our client based in High Wycombe who are in the Financial Services Industry are seeking a Team Leader to manage up to 8 Financial Services proffessionals.

The Team Leader will be responsible for:
Manage teams performance against and performance against targets
Manage team workflow effectively and fairly ensuring highest standard of customer service delivery
Daily and monthly auditing and monitoring of teams performance to demonstrate competency and quality for Exit. Monitor the business process to maximise team efficiency, business conversion and process timings
Act as a point of expertise to the team, advising on technical, product, policy, procedural and customer issues
Lead, motivate and manage the performance of the team to maximise team performance and ensure that work is completed to achieve daily and weekly business volume, quality and service targets
Select, train, coach and develop team members according to the agreed resourcing plan
Work together across the department to ensure overall departmental objective met in terms of quality, service delivery and budget management.
Act as an escalation point for the team effectively handling any escalated issues referring to other areas/your line manager
Goal setting, performance management and progression of the team.
Assessing cases and management of the pipeline
Ensure development of the team by motivating and building the team's skill sets and ensure that good succession planning and quality becomes the norm.
Ensure all quality measures and targets are met for data accuracy, policy conditions , certificates of title and telephony

Our client is offering a basic salary of GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 depending on experience with an up to 20% bonus package.
