As part of a team of other dedicated financial experts you'll be helping clients have a better understanding of Wills & Probate.

To deliver the level of service expected of a Para Planner you must have:

* CeFA Qualified
* Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail skills
* The ability to adapt and driven to improve process
* Experience as a Para planner

Responsibilities:

* Logging tasks on back office system
* Managing the client review process
* Product research and quotations
* Letter and report writing
* Assist with managing diary
* Processing new business
* Platform usage
* Investment Bond withdrawal taxation
* Assisting Financial Adviser with improving and refining research, financial planning and administration processes
* Managing cash balance levels on platforms to ensure smooth payment of advice fees
* Provide admin support for Probate Department
* Liaising with clients and third party companies in relation to estates
* Client account tasks re. money rec'd and paid out
* Future business - liaising with Will & Trust department.
* Estate accounts - checking and drawing up estate accounts at the end of administration period
