We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to join a forward thinking software house in Worcestershire.

Working as the Product Manager you will report to the Associate Director of Product Management and you will be involved in the following;
*Managing long term roadmap for the product, involving all business areas.
*Understands market trends, competitors and industry regulations.
*Champion and voice of the product within the business.
*Accountable for gaining approval of product strategy.
*Perform competitor analysis.
*Formulates product concept based on insight and research including ROI evaluation.
*Trains within the business the product / proposition value.
*Supports non tech teams within the business.
*Agrees acceptance criteria for work requests from the business leads.
*Work with the marketing function to ensure coverage and awareness of product is maximized.
The successful candidate will have a background working in insurance broking and will have good IT knowledge including PC applications experience. It is essential that you have experience of working in a pressured environment to strict deadlines and you have experience of working outside of core working hours to achieve objectives and tasks. Excellent communication skills and relationship management skills are required for this role along with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic. This will suit candidates who have worked in a customer-facing role and who are delivery-focused.
