Mortgage Case Manager / Mortgage Case Processor GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 base GBP30,000 OTE + Top 100 Companies + Unconquerable Benefits - Bolton
J2 Recruitment are proud to be working alongside a market leading financial service company in Bolton to recruit for an experienced Case Manager / Case Processor to join their team at their state of the art and vibrant offices. Our client has earned the prestigious Gold Standard Investors in People award and cemented their position in the Times Top 100 Companies to work for. The company are happy to provide successful Case Managers with above market average basic salaries up to GBP22,000 and with the realistic potential of achieving GBP30,000 OTE. Alongside the earning potential, successful Case Managers will also enjoy free onsite parking, 22 days' holiday + bank holidays and a whole host of added benefits.
As a Case Manager you will be required to carry out full case checks, ensuring the application is on the right plan and package secured loan applications to meet the lenders criteria. You will also work to KPI's and targets, but ensuring this is within TCF framework.
What we are looking for in a Case Manager:
- CeMAP qualified with previous experience and knowledge of industry regulation (DPA, OFT, FCA & MCOB).
- A self-motivated and tenacious individual with experience in MS Office.
- Ability to work in cohesion with Senior management team.
Hours between 9:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
