Independent consultancy firm based in North London offering professional services to international companies is looking for French Speaking Payroll Assistant to organise and process payroll duties for their clients, you will also process some accounts duties related to payroll (journals, expenses???.).
ROLE:

• Obtain and Process all payroll information received by the clients on the computer system
• Work closely with the other team members and under supervision of the Manager of the Division.
• Maintain controls and schedules to ensure work is carried out to the required standards and on time.
• Keep up to date in developments in tax legislation, payroll procedures.
• Deal with Auto-enrolment procedures, contacts with the Pension Regulator and the pension schemes used by our clients.
• Monthly declarations to Pension schemes
• Provide clients with reports as requested.
• Contact clients to obtain necessary information to remit official declarations on time. (RTI, Yearend salaries declarations, p11ds..)
• Prepare all monthly / yearly declarations for approval by the manager
• Process monthly payroll journals
• Prepare employees expenses for entry in accounts

PROFILE:
• Fluent French and English
• Previous experience in payroll
• Previous experience of Sage would be an asset
• Knowledge of accounts procedures
• Eye for details
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a small team.

SALARY:
Between GBP23k and GBP28k according to experience
