Permanent, Full time Customer Agent position in Crewe.

Customer Agent position in Crewe.
As a Customer Agent, your responsibilities will include:

* Answering a high number of calls in the customer service department
* Providing excellent Customer Service
* Up-selling additional products and services
* Inputting data onto the system
* Updating files and records
* Answering any queries via phone or email whilst providing customer service
* Escalating any complaints to the correct department or member of staff
* Working towards time scales in a fast paced environment
* Changing information on policies

Desired skills and knowledge:

* Organised and efficient
* Knowledge of working within a similar fast paced environment
* Knowledge of up-selling and cross-selling products and services

Based in brand new offices in Crewe, core hours follow a shift pattern allowing for a degree of flexibility including:Monday - Friday;8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Saturdays:9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Shift patterns will include:

* 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
* 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM
* 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM

The company is currently experiencing rapid growth and there are other positions available in departments such as:

* Administration
* Claims
* Risk Management

Throughout the training period Agents will experience all departments of the Company, allowing the Agent to gather a knowledge of all aspects of the business but to also see where their strengths and skills are. Once training is completed Agents will be offered positions within the departments that best play to their strengths.

GBP16,000 - GBP17,000 with the possibility to progress into GBP18,000 with additional training.
