An international wealth manager with an ambitious growth plan in the UK. The firm is looking to appoint an experienced leader that is able to drive a team of regulated Financial Planners as well as grow the team national through internal initiatives and external recruitment.
* Drive, motivate and grow a team of high performing Financial Planners
* In conjunction with the UK management team set annual objectives in line with group strategy
* Ensure the team achieve annual objectives through effective management
* Work with key internal stakeholders to generate new business from the international and internal network
Applicants will be able to demonstrate a background of effectively leading and motivating a team of regulated Financial Planners, also holding QCF Level 4 you will be confident in your ability to improve your existing teams performing and attract new talent to the business.
