Full Time, Permanent Position!

Dynamite Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Finance & Operations Manager to join one of our top clients based in Chichester. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a stable and experienced team.

The main aspect of the role is to manage all the offices in this International Group and be the main point of contact for the Office Managers with regards to finance, HR & administration.

You will travel extensively in the first few months of this role and regularly moving forward and this must be something you are comfortable doing.

The Role:


* Management of two management accounts - (Based internationally)
* Assist with preparation of management accounts to include, profit & loss accounts, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts
* Preparation of revenue reports for the Group, including preparation of any journals required to ensure accurate reflection
* Assist the accounts team with preparation of control accounts and solving any queries
* Managing the monthly prepayments, including monthly reconciliation and preparation of monthly journal
* Preparation of Year End Audit file to include liaising with the auditors
* Carry out yearend duties
* Provide regular relevant and precise department reporting to the Board of Directors and Management Team.


* Improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of organisations long term goals
* Ensure that the responsibilities and tasks of the department are planned, clearly documented and followed by all reporting staff
* Creation and development Operations and CSC procedures manual
* Ensure prompt task deliverance of the team through making improvements to efficiency and accuracy of each function
* Play a significant role in short and long term planning
* Attend regular internal and external meeting
* Manage and co-ordinate responses to enquiries and requests that are received from external intermediaries, advisers and investors
* Take responsibility for organising of events and quarterly Board meetings.
* Management of Office Managers & an Executive
* Ad hoc duties as required by the CFO

The Ideal Candidate:

* Must have a strong operational background
* Must have managed a team
* Qualified or PQ Accountant (QBE Considered)
* Good team player
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
* Happy to travel internationally

This role will interview and commence almost immediately so little or no notice period would be ideal but is not essential!
