Our client is seeking an Estimate and Invoice Assessor to join their team.

This role will involve working as part of a team and will responsible for the accurate estimating & invoice of clients and sub-contractors.

Other duties will also include:

* Creating, processing and auditing accurate estimates and invoices.
* Creating, processing and auditing accurate sub-contract estimate ensure accurate cost control.
* Recording any issues when raising estimates/invoices and highlighting these to the Commercial Audit Team Manager.
* Responding professionally and effectively to queries (both by phone and email) from Loss Adjusters with reference to estimates or invoices raised.
* Responding to all queries both internal and external in a professional, timely and effective way.
* Entering of necessary information to jobs on IT systems as required.
* Investigating and resolving general queries from customers.
* Liaison with internal departments to resolve discrepancies regarding costs/charges on estimates/invoices.

The successful candidate must:

* Have strong financial awareness and previous experience in estimating/invoicing.
* Have excellent communication skills at all levels.
* Have excellent customer service.
* Have strong IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
