This FTSE 250 company is looking to recruit a Campaign Manager to join its busy growing marketing team. Reporting into the Senior Campaign Manager of the Acquisition team you will be responsible for implementing and managing marketing campaigns on a timely basis, across various channels including press, telephony, direct mail, web and face to face activity within the financial services retail channel. This will involve working closely with FS partners to produce targeted marketing campaigns. This is very much a hands on role with exposure to all aspects of campaign management, implementation and analysis.

Key responsibilities include:
• Work with the Senior Campaign Manager and Corporate Partnerships to produce sustainable campaign plans for each partner in line with the top level marketing plans and timings as set by the Head of Marketing.
• Manage the development of advertising materials, sales aids, support packages, point of purchase, direct mail, training materials and anything else necessary that effectively communicate defined product propositions, using established and new marketing techniques.
• Achievement of response levels, plan sales and cost per sale targets
• Delivery of campaigns on time and within budget
• Effective management of agencies, suppliers and internal resources
• Insightful reporting and recommendations for improvement
• To analyse and summarise the performance of marketing campaigns for management purposes, to enable future campaign plans to be developed on the basis of ongoing learning.

Person Profile
• Passionate about customers and their experience.
• Retail or face to face marketing campaign management experience, ideally within a regulated environment, promoting third party products through branch networks
• Hungry for an opportunity to work for a FTSE 250 company and in partnership with some leading UK financial brands.
• A proven record of translating product propositions into effective marketing materials and advertising messages
• A proven track record in understanding and refining campaign activity and sales processes and evaluation of marketing strategies.
• Ability to analyse and interrogate and interpret data to make recommendations for improvement
• Ability to make a difference and improvement in campaign performance
• Understanding of the print and production process, able to spec and place print.
• Proven communication and influencing ability, especially for briefing and developing enthusiasm amongst internal and partner audiences.
• Ideally graduate level or professional marketing qualifications
• Well developed PC skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer
