We are currently recruiting for an experienced administrator on behalf of our corporate client. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team within financial services.

As a financial services administrator you will play a fundamental role in our support function. Supporting multiple departments as well as being first point of contact for inbound queries and filtering them to the relevant departments.

• Requesting and obtaining key information from clients.
• Reviewing applications and reviewing documents.
• Ensuring procedures and compliance are adhered to at all times.
• Delivering customer excellence to clients and assisting with queries from client service desk.
• Responsible for data protection, updating document details, liaising with client services team, processing data, identifying risk and escalating these to the business.
• Processing client data within timelines.
• Managing daily sales administration for the sales teams.
• Act as central point of contact for both the sales team and senior management for all matters relating to customer data.
• Taking overall responsibility for the quality of customer data on the DFX system.
• Returning incomplete documents back to client services desk teams for resolution.
• Verifying entered client data, reviewing and correcting.
• Handling incoming telephone calls when needed.
• Working within project deadlines and collating documents within a timely manner.

Person / Experience Required
• Customer focused
• Demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Demonstrate attention to detail.
• Strong organisational and numerical skills.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft office products.

Hours- 40 hours a week Monday-Friday
