The successful candidate will have at least 6 months experience within insurance.

With an unwavering focus on compliance, your sales portfolio will cover General Insurance and Risk Management Services products, along with the generation of Life leads. Through your work, you will establish long term and effective relationships with target customers, within the local community.

Job Specification

Plan, prospect, select and sell General Insurance products to target customers that are designed to meet their long term needs, are compliant with sales quality and advice standards and regulatory requirements, to meet personal and Branch targets.
Review, evaluate and process the portfolio of existing customers to ensure retention, and the generation of new business to maintain compliant and profitable growth and expand the reputation for excellent service.
Identify, develop and generate Life and Risk Management Service leads from existing and new customers to meet relevant targets and reinforce the relationship with and the reputation of our client
Maintain own knowledge and skills to sell professionally and compliantly, delivering a consistently good experience to customers to meet the requirements and standards of our client.
Person Specification

A superior focus on the customer is an inherent part of your character, you'll also have experience of meeting Training and Competence requirements and be fully accustomed to using office and sales support systems
