17k basic OTE GBP20900 OTE

We have a clear vision to be the UK's number one legal services provider.

Successful applicants will work as members of a supportive team and will manage new client claims and eqnuiries. Initially focused on personal injury related claims, the position will also offer opportunities to develop into other areas of the law as we continue to expand our wide range of consumer focused legal services.

The role involves;

Responding to a consistently high volume of personal injury enquiries (relating to potential Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability, Public Liability and Clinical/Medical Negligence claims) over the phone;
Evaluating the legal issues relating to those enquiries;
Identifying the enquiries which meet our strict criteria and introducing those clients to our specialist panel solicitors;
Enhancing the customer experience
In addition to achieving set key performance targets for both the team and individually, the successful applicants will ensure that all enquiries are handled in accordance with service level
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 5 GCSE's (A to C Grade) which should include Mathematics and English

Law degree, postgraduate Diploma in Legal practice or an equivalent qualification - DESIRABLE

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Minimum 12-months experience of performing either of the following:

A client facing role within either the claims/legal service industry

A customer services position (preferably telephone based) dealing with a high volume of enquiries
