This leading Human Capital Company is part of a leading Career Services provider which operates across a number of offices in the UK, providing Career Management and Outplacement services. the provider was featured in the prestigious "Who's Who of Britain's Business Elite", recognised as one of the UK's fastest growing companies. They have 8 regional offices throughout the UK and are currently recruiting for the following role Nationally.

The role involves providing coaching and training in a Career Management and Outplacement support capacity on a 1:1 basis to senior level individuals who are Managers, Directors and Executives. You should have previous experience of supporting individuals on this basis. There is NO sales aspect to this role. Clients will have signed up to their business and a section of the programme will be delivered by yourself.

They are currently recruiting for a new coach in the Leeds and Manchester areas.
