Customer Relations Expert (Inbound Sales)
My client is looking to recruit a Customer Relations Expert for their Inbound New Business department based in Milton Keynes. You will be working in a busy contact centre and taking calls from customers who are interested in the companies insurance products.
Main duties
•Dealing with inbound calls from customers to assist and provide quotations and policies for various general insurance products
•Utilising skills learnt in training, closing sales using a consultative and confident approach
•Regularly achieving sales, service and productivity targets
•Responding to and following up sales and/or service enquiries
•Ensuring workloads are completed and delivered by required deadlines working in line with FCA compliance and best practice
•Maintaining and updating database
Person spec
•Previous insurance experience would be an advantage but training will be given
•B2B or B2C sales experience
•Strong negotiation skills
•Customer service experience
•Fantastic telephone manner
•Fast and accurate keyboard skills
•Good team player
•Confident and articulate
•Determined and ambitious
