My client provides Financial Advice to both Corporate and Private clients specialising in the provision of Financial Planning solutions and Advice within various forms of Investments including Investments, Pensions, Life Assurance and Protection products.

We urgently seek an experienced Financial Investment Administrator who will be responsible for supporting both the Company Directors and Financial Advisers. You will responsible for processing and completing all new business applications for the Advisors maintaining a complete diary for all cases submitted and to provide regular updates on their progress, ensure that all files are Compliant with regards to Compliance and AML requirements and to provide general support to Directors and Advisors on Client Valuations, Client Reviews, Meeting Preparation, General Servicing enquiries and policy / contract alterations, Co-ordination of Financial Promotions and Client Mailshots, Document Scanning and to take and receive calls and queries from clients and providers.

We are seeking someone who has 2+ years experience working within a Financial Administration role, ideally within a Financial Advisory firm, with knowledge and experience within Pensions, Investments, Life Assurance, Protection, Health Insurance and Taxation. Ideally you will already have started studying for Financial Qualifications (CII Diploma, Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent) with a desire to develop yourself within the Financial Services sector with the willingness to study for further qualifications with a view to becoming Diploma qualified
