The role will be to help customers facing debt find the right way forward. Whether that's agreeing an affordable repayment plan, negotiating settlements or discussing other options such as discussing free debt advice.

Shift patterns to cover our opening hours between: 8am-7pm Monday-Thursday, 8am-6:30pm Friday and Saturday mornings 9:30-12:30.
As a collections account manager your role is to talk to customers and help them by gaining an understanding of their individual circumstances. You will also help customers by dealing with queries or disputes.

The role involves dealing with a variety of communication channels, including telephone, email and webchat.

looking for people who can demonstrate:

A passion for customer service
A target and objective driven outlook
Ability to multi task
Willing and keen to learn
Flexibility with regards to their working pattern
Previous experience in a customer services, sales, or collections role is preferable but not essential as full training will be provided
A level of understanding of day to day financial commitments; income v expenditure, signs of financial hardship.
