Our client is a growing financial organisation and they are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join their Marketing team.
Salary GBP50k per annum, plus bonus and benefits

Job Purpose

The role will be responsible for the day-to-day running and performance of the PPC campaigns for the three personal loans brands within the organisation. In addition, the role will be focused on developing and increasing customer acquisition via all digital channels including SEO, Mobile, Display, Affiliates, Email and Social where appropriate. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the suite of digital assets, including the websites for the personal loans brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery of the digital marketing strategy for each of the brands.
• Responsibility for the achievement of business targets for direct-to- brand customer acquisition.
• Utilising previous experience and available data to make informed decisions regarding how to achieve the objectives and to track the performance of campaigns.
• Producing monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Representing the department in stakeholder meetings and effectively managing and implementing the needs of the business.
• Managing external agencies (web development, web design, SEO, PPC) to ensure the timely delivery of projects which align to brand guidelines.
• Your expertise is required across Everyday Loans and you will need to prioritise the projects that will deliver maximum returns for the business.
• You will be comfortable working in a Financial Services environment where appropriate risk management and compliance processes are required as an integral part of the delivery of marketing campaigns.
• You need the ability to consistently measure the ROI of your marketing campaigns.
• Maximise ROI for all digital marketing activity
• Evaluation of digital channels performance through MI and data
• Management of budget allocation in line with strategy and performance metrics
• Performance management of digital agencies including ongoing evaluation and review to ensure value is delivered to the business.

Essential skills/experience:

• Management of substantial PPC budgets, ideally in a B2C environment - You will be able to develop and deliver new digital campaigns that increase site traffic, application volumes and loan bookings.
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Strong numeracy skills and an analytical approach to problem solving - you will be results-driven, adept at using data and analytical tools to measure and inform decisions.
• Multi-tasking skills and priorities.
• Great attention to detail.
• Team player with a proactive 'can do' attitude.
• Google Analytics, DC-Storm an advantage.
• Microsoft Office experience, in particular Excel.
• Experience utilising a content management system to edit content; HTML editing skills would be beneficial.

Desirable skills/experience

• Marketing/Business / IT /Analytics related degree or CIM/IDM qualifications.
• User testing experience.
• Google Adwords/Bing & Display Networks experience.
• SEO.
• Experience of working with and managing web developers and marketing agencies.
• An awareness or understanding of current Financial Promotions regulations will be an advantage.
• Comfortable managing large quantities
