HNW / Private Clients Account Handler

GBP25k-GBP30k Subject to Experience

Our client is a very reputable and progressive insurance company with an established and strong market presence. They have an exciting opportunity for a HNW / Private Clients Account Handler. You must be a confident and target driven relationship developer with previous General Insurance experience.

The successful applicant will be tasked with providing outstanding customer service, cross sell additional products and services and develop new business. You will provide a consultative, friendly and quality service, establishing the individual client's needs and delivering the best possible service at all times.

The successful applicant must be able to multi-task and prioritise a diverse workload. You will be providing insurance quotations, account managing, dealing with all relevant administration responsibilities, negotiate with insurers to ensure your clients receive the right insurance product and cover. In addition you will be handling initial claims notifications and liaising with the Claims departments to support your clients wherever possible.

Quality service is paramount so candidates must have excellent listening skills and be able to understand and deliver to individual customer needs in order to maintain the excellent reputation of the business.

Applicants must have previous insurance business development experience and excellent communication skills. If you are target driven and feel confident in your customer service and sales ability then please forward your CV.
