They are looking for a full time Data Analyst and Resource Planner to work within their team based in Sheffield.
Your duties will include:
• Creating all reports
• Planning and ensuring all service levels are met through strict scheduling
• Analyse process and procedures to reduce cost
• Design and build Adhoc data reports
• Understand their telephone system to improve efficiency and precision
The ideal candidate will have:
• Experience of resource modelling and forecasting skills
• Advanced Microsoft package and excel skills including formulas, pivot tables and charts
• Experience of collating and presenting information and data
• Be organised, enthusiastic and flexible around hours and work types
