Overview:
An opportunity has arisen for a Paraplanner to join a large reputable IFA practice in Newcastle, on a permanent basis working in a strong team-focussed environment.
Main Duties:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Paraplanning Professional to join a firm of Independent Financial Advisers based in Newcastle.
The role involves working closely with a team of financial planning consultants, with support provided by an expanding internal team of administrators. The purpose of the role is to provide technical support by way of research, recommendations and report writing for the financial planning consultants. This is an excellent career development opportunity for an experienced paraplanner to work with large and complex financial solutions in a prestigious firm.
In return for experience and hard work, a salary of up to circa GBP30k will be on offer, commensurate with experience and abilities.
Key Skills:
Previous extensive experience providing technical paraplanning support to IFAs is essential as is exposure to investments and protection business in an independent and regulated environment. Excellent communication skills, verbal and numerical ability are a must as is a keen eye for detail. It is essential that you possess Level 4 qualification, or the Diploma in Financial Planning, or be working towards this.
