Are you an experienced Mortgage Adviser looking to develop your current offering by moving into the booming Equity Release Market?
The Company
One of the UK?s leading Equity Release and holistic financial planning specialists and part of one of the UK?s largest Financial Services networks. The company has enjoyed considerable growth which has been underpinned by growing business relationships and building a successful marketing campaign in local and national press. The core team of advisers have worked together for 22 years and the firm now has a team of 20 Equity Release Advisers supported by 14 telephone appointment makers.
Clients and business opportunities
Their in-house call centre qualifies enquiries on a daily basis from various sources including advertising responses and professional referrals; before booking the appointments into your diary. Excellent conversion ratios whereby 1 in 3 sign up within 3 months and the other 2 generally require further follow ups or lead to cross-sale opportunities.
Training and Development
Training and learning material for those wishing to obtain the ER qualification or improve their industry qualifications; plus training in Estate Planning to maximise client opportunities.
Requirements to be considered
This is an ideal opportunity for Financial Advisors, Mortgage Advisors or Estate Planners who are keen to be part of the booming market of Equity Release whilst also developing their current business activity. Ideally you should be qualified to advise on Equity Release, however this can be obtained prior to start date.

* OTE of GBP50,000 - GBP75,000+ pa
* The company regularly achieve more than double the standard procuration fee plus charge broker fees.
