Our client is a well-respected firm of professional firm based Derby. They offer a lovely working environment in a happy motivated team.

They have due to expansion a newly created role for an experienced Payroll Administrator.

Working in a team of six you will be assisting in the support of client payrolls. The ideal candidate will have experience in working in a bureau environment, preferably within an accountancy practice but this is not essential.

The role can be full or part time (preferably part-time) working 20 - 25 hours per week - four/five days.

The successful person will have experience of processing volume payrolls, Auto-enrolment and a knowledge/understanding of statutory payroll obligations such as SSP/SMP. Sage payroll knowledge is also desirable.

This is a varied and interesting role which offers plenty of contact with clients over the phone.

It is essential to this position that you have a strong knowledge of payroll/auto enrolment and Sage.
