New Unique Opportunity - Leading Financial Services Requires Cashiering Administrator To Work In Their Wokingham Office

Do you have previous office based experience in a finance related role (ideally to incorporate bookkeeping, cash book & reconciliations)?

Have previous experienced in the handling of payment requisitions and /or pension scheme accounting plus knowledge of an accountancy / cashiering package (Previous Sage experience would be especially beneficial as well as Excel, Word & Outlook)?

This well established and highly professional organisation are currently looking to recruit within their Wokingham office a Cashiering Administrator to join their friendly and highly professional team
The post holder will be responsible for the effective administering of bank accounts, on behalf of pension's administration clients and responsibilities & a list of the job duties involved are summarised below:-

Daily raising of cheques and electronic payments
Maintaining cashbooks.
Liaising with pension scheme administrators
Daily banking.
Bank reconciliations.
Reporting and administrative duties

Applications for this role are particularly invited from candidates with previous office based experience preferably in a finance related role that has included book keeping, cash book and bank reconciliation. Working knowledge of an accountancy / cashiering package is desirable as well as previous experience in a pensions environment but full training will be available so this is not absolutely essential. All applicants will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook and if you also had knowledge of Aviary Profund and/or CashFac VBT this would also be an advantage.
