Construction Contracts Site Supervisor
GBP45-50k + car + benefits
To cover sites from Oxford to Brighton, including London.
Our client is a Leading player within the Construction Industry predominately involved in major projects such as Commercial Builds across Education, NHS, Healthcare as well as other key sectors.
They are looking for Senior Contract Site Supervisor's for an immediate start across the South East region across multiple Sites.
Suitable candidates will be required to manage the site, manage Health, Safety & Environmental matters, and liaise with the Surveyors & external Clients across the sites.
You will also have reasonability on commercial matters and as well as overseeing the labour, plant and materials on site. You will have involvement in managing the Budgets, forecasting for materials & Labour cost for Large scale Projects.
As a Contracts Site Supervisor you must have:
Extensive experience working within the Construction Industry on major Projects & Developments for leading Companies within the Industry.
You will also provide the operational management of operatives & trade staff necessary to ensure the effective delivery of production within the section.
Key Skills / Requirements:
•Management direct & Sub contract Labour in excessive of 30 operatives across multiple sites.
•Strong Leadership & a performance driven approach with managing projects in excess of 10m.
•Extensive experience in the management of Site Solutions in the UK. For example Building Technologies, Off-site manufacturing, renewable technologies within a Plant, Plant Move Transport environment.
You will also assist the implementation of health & safety plans by carrying out safety inspections to ensure management of safe access & egress routes on site
