My client, a large family run house building contractor based in Central Scotland are recruiting for experienced Assistant Site Managers for various sites in the Central Belt.

Main Responsibilities:
- Creating build programmes
- Managing health & safety
- Procurement
- Liaison with subcontractors
- Ensuring timescales & budgets are met without sacrificing quality

You must have experience of working to deadlines and under pressure, have experience in the House Building sector and have excellent communication skills along with a working knowledge of current health & safety standards. A CSCS card is also a requirement.

Management experience is also essential, at a minimum level of Foreman. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of managing budgets.

On offer is a generous salary which will be reviewed at 6 and 12 months, along with a car allowance.
