New Homes Manager - choice of based in either the well-connected town centre of Camberley, Fleet or Farnham:
This is an opportunity to join an award winning established estate agent with numerous branches across Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire

You must have a background in working in the New Homes arena and may currently be working for a house builder or an Estate Agent. Ideally you will already be a New Homes Manager, or a New Homes Sales Manager. You will have experience of co-ordinating and maintaining sales for New Homes Sites.

You must be;
" Able to manage a deal from inception to completion
" Able to negotiate good terms and conditions with developers including separate marketing budgets
" Able to manage and maintain relationships with developers
" Able to develop and implement an effective marketing strategies, including identifying the potential market and co-ordinating the marketing
" Able to launch the site and managing the temporary site sales teams
" Able to meet targets
" Able to provide up to date information to the board of Directors regarding timeframe, income and expenditure
" Well organised and able to plan effectively
