We are looking for someone to partner us in the Launch of our New Division. You should come from a permanent recruitment background and have a good base knowledge of the recruitment industry.

We are not concerned with the types of roles you have previously recruited for, nor are we looking for you to bring along a full client base we are not interested in taking away business from our competitors - we are looking for someone who wants to build their own business and who is passionate about what they do.

We have a strong business model and you will benefit from the support of a very experienced management team.

As the manager of the division you will be involved in recruiting your staff, developing commission structures, training and management of your team as well as leading by example - you will be a billing manager and will work with you team to achieve your goals

We are realistic about the potential growth and will give the division our full support to succeed.

- Experienced - though it may seem anyone can do recruitment (and they can)it takes a certain type of person to be successful at it - We are happy to give anyone a go, to train and help them become the best at what they do - but in this role we are looking for someone with experience in recruitment - we can teach the management side of things, the forecasting the commission packages etc - but the recruitment background is important
