Our client is holding a jobs fair for their Older Peoples Home based in Rushey Mead, Leicester. They have a number of Day & Night Care Assistant opportunities available. The home provides high-quality residential care to older people with a sensory impairment and people with dementia.
The job fair is to be held on Wednesday 16th November, between 12pm ??? 7pm at 21 Hotel Street, LE1 5AW.

You will be responsible for providing a high quality of emotional, physical and social support to people who live in the Home, respecting and upholding the rights and wishes of each individual, according to individual support plans. This will include your ability to demonstrate compassion, adaptability and integrity.
Key Requirements:
- For all Day Care Assistant posts, you must be able to work flexibly between 7am ??? 10pm which includes a requirement to work at weekends and Bank Holidays, on rota.
- Our Night Care Assistant posts you must be able to work flexibly between 10am ??? 7am with the requirements to work weekends and bank holidays on rota
- The successful candidate is subject to a Disclosure from the DBS.
- We are looking for someone who can demonstrate compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work closely with families
