College Assessor/Trainer/Coordinator - Motor Vehicle (V1 Award)

Job Title: Assessor Trainer Co-Ordinator - Motor Vehicle

Location: Leeds

Salary: Commencing at £25,832 with progression to £28,223 pa

Position: Full Time, Permanent (37 hours per week)

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, well organised Assessor Trainer Co-Ordinator to deliver motor vehicle qualifications, predominantly Apprenticeship frameworks, in college and workplace environments across the Yorkshire region. The successful candidate will have industry relevant A1 and V1 awards (or D32/33/34), specifically in:

Either:

Accident Repair Paint Refinishing and Body Repair Level 2 and 3

Or:

Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Level 2 and 3

If you do not hold a V1 award, you will be required to gain the appropriate Internal Quality Assurance qualification within 1 year of appointment.

As part of the role, you will be responsible for the full learner journey, from enrolment, training & assessment of learners as well as delivering successful outcomes for learners. This will involve liaising across college departments as well as with external customers. You will demonstrate high academic standards in training, assessment and in the use of learning resources (including e-portfolios) to meet a range of learner needs, attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload are essential.

This is a support contract.
