Our client is currently seeking a strong, enthusiastic and organised chef to join their team in Henleaze.

The position would suit someone with pub dining experience with great team leading attributes. You will work closely with the executive chef, but you will be in charge of your site on a day to day basis. Therefore, you will be required to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen from Health and Safety procedures to stock control and correct food portions and presentation at all times. You will have your own input into the menus, and will need to be forthcoming with ideas concerning dishes and presentation as well as staff training and guidance.

Our client is looking for chef who would like to be involved in making this kitchen stronger and would like to progress within the business and become fully responsible for this unit in a future.
