Major responsibilities will cover:

* Understand business objectives and existing processes
* Advise and contribute to development ideas and opportunities for improvement
* Investigate and propose business solutions across all business functions
* Analyse, document and clearly communicate business requirements
* Contribute to project proposal, definition and planning
* Provide support across full project lifecycle
* Lead and co-ordinate project work streams where appropriate, liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business teams and external support providers
* Ensure solutions are fully tested and approved prior to implementation
* Own and maintain the Business Process Framework and support the documentation of PIC's operating model
* Support the design and use of change standards, methodologies and templates

Key competencies and abilities required:

* Core business analyst skills, requirements gathering, workshops etc
* Demonstrable problem solving and critical thinking skills
* Experience of a similar role in Financial Services
* Excellent communication skills with friendly and approachable manner

Preferred qualifications:

* Full project lifecycle experience
* Excellent MS Office suite skills, including Visio
