Contract Manager - Social Housing

DLP Services Ltd are a successful Social Housing Contractor who are looking to recruit a Contract Manager to join our Maintenance Department for the North West Region

  • Building and managing customer/client relationships
  • Ability to work alone as well as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritise and multi task effectively
  • Strong clear understanding of Social Housing and operational client delivery
  • Main Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Overseeing both Day to Day Repairs and Void Works
  • Supervision of both operatives and sub contractors
  • Carrying out surveys and post inspections
  • Ensuring KPIs are met
  • Weekly reporting

You must maintain a high level of professionalism, be adaptable and enthusiastic, be able to provide a high level of customer service. You must also be able to work under pressure to strict timescales.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the delivery of reactive maintenance and voids in the social housing market.

The relevant qualifications are required

  • First Aid
  • Full clean driving license
