Our client have an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Vice President of Sales to join their team.
Job Title: VP Sales
Salary: £130k - £150k plus exec benefits package
Location: Birmingham (B15)
This international parcel delivery company has more than 800 depots in more than 35 countries and is one of Europe's leading business-to-business parcel delivery services.
The company was founded in the 1970’s and has been expanding across Europe ever since.
They are now looking for a high level VP Sales to take back market share in the UK, having lost some large corporate accounts to close competitors in recent times.
They are not necessarily looking for someone from the same sector, someone who has worked in a fast based environment such as retail or FMCG would also really suit this company.
This is a hugely competitive market place and this is an excellent opportunity for someone with the right attitude and ambition to make a change and create a legacy.
The VP Sales must have significant experience in a b2b focused sales role at a senior level. Experience managing major customer accounts is also essential. Being able to previously demonstrate a turnaround situation or halt in decline would be a significant advantage as well as managing a multi-million pound P&L.
