We're seeking a primary teaching assistant for a school in Birstall. The focus of the role will be to raise standards of literacy and numeracy by using differentiation to work 1:1 with a specific year 5 child working below the national average. The school is a larger than average primary school and has great resources and facilities in place. Knowledge of the national curriculum across KS2 essential.

The role is initially for 1/2 term starting ASAP. This will be extended and possibly go perm.

Responsibilities:
- Planning literacy & numeracy sessions to meet the needs of children on a 1:1 and group basis.
- Providing engaging and interactive lessons
