Salary: £17,000 to £40,000 dependant on experience
Benefits: Uncapped Commissionwith a realistic OTE of £60,000 to £100,000 pa
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Trainer to take both our company and our product's user experience to the next level of excellence.

The day-to-day duties

The Sales Executive position involves New Business Development with the prime focus to find, develop and close new business for our market-leading Recruitment Software / Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and our associated Recruitment Services.

You will receive full product training along with daily sales development sessions to help you constantly improve and build a profitable pipeline.

Once you have completed the product and sales training you will then look to conduct live demonstrations to customers and relate the pains with the solution our software and services have to offer.

This role requires someone who is ambitious and tenacious along with hard work you will be billing 5 figures a month.

Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications required:

  • The desire to Cold call on a daily basis
  • Telephone sales or b2b sales experience
  • Articulate written and verbal communication
  • Highly conversant with Microsoft office
  • Being IT Literate
  • Highly Ambitious
  • Extremely hard working
