We are looking for a professional Senior Commis Chef/ Chef de Partie to work closely with our client kitchen team. The Kitchen caters for their Rosette standard Restaurant, Hotel guests for their 22 Room Hotel and Banquet/Functions of up to 300 covers.

??? Help in the preparation of all food
??? Consistently produce high quality dishes
??? Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
??? Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers

??? Experience as a Senior Commis Chef and/or Chef de Partie
??? Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
??? Can work extremely well with a team and communicate effectively within the kitchen environment
??? Familiar with industry???s best practices
??? Preferably L2 Health and Hygiene
??? Will need to provide own transport

The successful candidate will be able to assist in the production needs of each section of the kitchen; following their Head Chef???s specifications and guidelines. They will also employ their culinary skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing their customers??? satisfaction.

??? 15,000-17,000 per annum (depending on experience)
