Position: Senior Compliance Governance Manager

Our client is fast growing financial services organisation who are globally expanded and are looking for a dynamic and innovative Compliance Governance Manager to fill a newly created position within their regional office in Surrey. Essential job duties:
* Reporting to the UK Head of Governance
* Deliver all aspects of the Groups Ethics and Compliance Program across the UK and Ireland
* Assist in building and implementing the Regulatory Compliance Framework
* Prepare and facilitate proper reporting to document regulatory breaches
* Prepare for and facilitate regulatory visits
* Deputise for the Head of Compliance Governance at relevant forums and committees when required.
Background and key abilities for this role:
* Bachelor's degree or professional qualification relating to financial services or compliance
* Expert technical knowledge of the requirements of the FCA and PRA and how these affect the UK insurance industry
* Minimum 5 years or more experience working in insurance to Retail Lending
