Payroll Officer: £19,000-£20,000 - Chepstow
Red Accountancy is looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Officer for one of our clients who are based near Chepstow.
You must be able to demonstrate previous experience in processing high volume monthly payroll from start to finish.
Specific duties for the Payroll Officer will include:
* Ensure that payroll runs are successfully completed
* Dealing professionally and confidentially with a wide range of pay queries from individuals and key stakeholders such as HMRC, staff and the management team
* Process new starters, leavers, salary changes, deductions and salary sacrifice items
You will have excellent customer service skills, flexibility in your approach to manage workloads and experience of delivering electronic monthly payroll and pensions services within organisations exceeding 400 employees.
Excellent knowledge of compensation and wage structures, benefits and pensions administration is a must for the Payroll Officer. You will have proven ability to deliver to
deadlines, with excellent IT skills particularly using Microsoft packages especially Excel and Word.
