We’re looking for eager and enthusiastic people to join our team of software support consultants.

Our software support consultant’s report to Debbie, who has wealth of experience in developing the Support Service teams. Our team is a forward thinking team, this would really suit you if you’re looking to develop your career in IT. No two day will be the same, you’ll be challenged but highly supported in this busy team!

// Who you are

We want to make sure you are set for success, this isn’t all about your skills and that is why we would love to talk to you even if perhaps you don’t fit all of the below.

> contact centre, service desk or application support experience.
> excellent written and verbal communication skills.
> GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
> logical troubleshooting approach.
> understanding of ITIL foundation.
> basic SQL programming.
> knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003 Windows operating systems.
